LOCATION: 117 West Dodson and Lot 2 & 13 Mitchell Circle, Caddo Valley. From Exit 78, I-30 go north on Hwy 7. Turn right beside the Shell station, go about 1 ½ miles to West Dodson. Look for signs.

NOTE: Due to health reasons, owners must sell these three mobile homes, currently used as rental property. Mobile homes can be moved or left on premises for $75 per month space rent.

#1: 117 West Dodson. 2BR/2BA 16'x80' 1998 Legend. In fair to good condition. All electric, not rented, was rented for $400/month. Has refrigerator, cook stove and dishwasher - all less than one year old. There is an 8'x10' metal storage building that goes with the mobile home.

#2: Lot #2 Mitchell Circle. 3BR/2BA 14'x80' 1986 model with CH&A. Currently rented for $400/month. New plywood flooring was put down about one year ago.

#3: Lot #13 Mitchell Circle. 3BR/2BA 14'x80' older mobile home (probably 70-something model) in fair condition with window AC and gas space heater. Rents for $350/month. Renter has been there for three years.

TERMS: A 10% buyer’s premium will be charged. The two renters are good renters and would like to stay. If you choose to move the homes, the renters will have 30 days from auction day to vacate the property.
