Due to health reasons of the owner, the family must sell this property. Real estate will be offered first at 10:00 a.m., followed by the personal property.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: All personal property will sell to the highest bidder on auction day. 1986 Ford Bronco II XLT, 1976 Dodge pickup w/short step side bed, 1990 Volvo station wagon car. All the vehicles are not running at this time. They have been sitting for two years. Bodies are good. A. 2009 taxes were approximately $838.13 before the Homestead Credit of $350.00.

4. Q. How will the real estate be sold?

A. It will be sold subject to owner’s confirmation. However, owner is very motivated to sell this property.

5. Q. Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on this real estate?

A. Owner will guarantee you good, clear title by providing title insurance and warranty deed. Other than that, the property sells "as is, where is."
