It has been vacant for some time. It seems to be sound. There has been some vandalism and it will need some repair. This property will sell in as is condition.
Tract #5: A wooded site where an old homeplace was at one time. This consists of approximatley 4+/- acres. A small pond is on the property w/frontage on Midway Rd. This would be a nice building site.
