Spring Open Equipment Auction

Saturday, March 26, 2011 @ 9 a.m.

County Fairgrounds, 1609 Martin Luther King Blvd, Malvern, AR.

This will be our first open auction of the year at the Malvern Fairgrounds. This is the auction where you, the public, can come to buy or sell. It will be a large all day auction with everything from tractors to trucks, cars, farm equipment of all kinds, construction tools and equipment, RVs and camping trailers, and boats - you name it and it will probably be at this auction.

The auction will be held inside the security fence at the fairgrounds. If you have items you would like us to advertise for you, please call before March 16^th so we can get it in our mailouts and newspapers. If you miss the deadline, you can still bring your items to us during our regular check in times.

Check-in time: Monday, March 21^st through Friday, March 25^th, from 8 to 5 each day. Loading tractor will be there for larger items.

Terms: 10% commission to seller on each item that brings $100 or more, and 20% commission to seller on each item that brings less than $100. 6% commission to seller on each item that brings $5,001 to $10,000. 4% commission to seller on each item that brings $10,001 or more. Buyer will pay 10% Buyer’s Premium per ticketed item up to $1,000. If item brings $1,000 or more, only 1% will be charged on the total item price. We accept cash, check or credit card with proper ID.
