LOCATION: Maple Creek Security Storage, 1000 Firehouse Road, Hensley, AR. From Little Rock, take I-30 to I-530 (Exit 138B) toward Pine Bluff, then take Exit 10 toward Sheridan, then turn left on Firehouse Rd.

We will be selling 5 (possibly 8 units), subject to owner redemption. Each unit will be sold for cash in its entirety. Bring your trucks and trailers. Units will need to be emptied as soon as possible.

We will also have a 10x12 portable storage building (empty) that we will be selling to be moved.

Terms: Cash only on this auction. A 10% buyer’s premium will be charged. All sales final.
