Real Estate consists of a nice brick and vinyl home that is setting on 2 acres. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home and has a single car garage, fireplace w/gas logs, paved driveway, chainlink fenced-in back yard, and new storm windows. The roof is about 5 years old, and the hot water heater and the AC unit were installed new 2 years ago. This home could use a little updating, but is very liveable just the way it is.

Personal Property: Washer, dryer, Kenmore over/under refrigerator, microwave and cart, dining table with 6 chairs, pine china hutch, 3pc couch, loveseat and matching chair, corner oak entertainment center, end table, child’s rocker, lamps, Queen-size canopy bed, bookcases, office chair, dress, chest of drawers, small electric National organ, Kirby vacuum cleaner, Sears Kenmore sewing machine and cabinet, a lot of yarn items and material, quilts and comforters, kitchen items and a house full of knick knacks.

INSPECTION: Info packets are available on site. Open house will be Sunday, August 28th from 2:00-4:00, or 8:00am day of auction.

TERMS: On the real estate, we will require $5,000 down day of auction as non-refundable earnest money if you are the successful bidder. Balance due at closing in 45 days. There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the final bid to determine the total contract price on both real estate and personal property. All personal property to be paid in full day of auction.
