Note: This will be a live onsite auction with real estate and major personal property being offered w/online bidding.

ORDER OF AUCTION: All real estate will sell from the 17100 Hwy 179, Kingsland location.

10:00 AM – Real Estate will sell first.
11:00 AM – Household and small items.
12:00 Noon – Cars, Trucks, Loader, Skidder, Logging Truck, RVs & equipment.
1:00 PM – Tools, Salvage Items & Scrap.

REAL ESTATE – Each property will be offered separately.

• Offered first – Dallas County: 40+/- acres hunting/recreational property with marketable timber. Dallas Co Rd 123 & Hwy 9, NW NE S18-T10-R15. Pre-bidding will be available online. Bidding will be available live and online day of auction.

• Offered second – Cleveland County: 30+/- acres timberland mixed pine and hardwoods. Crain Road (at dead end), SW SE S11-T10-R12. Pre-bidding will be available online. Bidding will be available live and online day of auction.

• Offered third – Cleveland County: Home & 34 acres – 17100 Hwy 79, Kingsland, Arkansas. This will be offered in three tracts separately and as a whole. We will be selling this property in as is condition. This is a large, spacious home that needs a little TLC, but has a new roof and AC unit. The home sets off the highway with a paved driveway and a 40’x100′ 3-bay all metal shop building with water and power. There is road frontage on two sides. Pre-bidding on these tracts will be available online. Online bidding will stop at 5PM day before the live auction. These bids will be used as the starting bids at the live auction. If you are the high bidder, or if you have serious interest in the property, you will need to be present at the live auction or on the phone with one of our bid assistants. At the live auction, these tracts will be offered in any combination or as a whole, and will sell the way it brings the greatest.

• Tract 1: Home, Shop & 15.85 acres
• Tract 2: 8.13 acres – Vacant land with nice building spots.
• Tract 3: 10 acres – Vacant land with nice building spots.

 

VIEWING: Do your own inspection any time prior to the auction on the timber tracts. For viewing on the Home & 34 acres, auctioneer will be onsite Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15 from 2:00-4:00PM both days. TERMS: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the final bid to determine the total contract price.
