Real Estate consists of 24+/- acres w/Clear Creek running through the property, has road frontage on Amity Road, and is a short distance from Hot Springs. The property has some old fields, and the timber has recently been cut. There is a 1989 16’x76′ mobile home that needs some TLC, and a 680sf (17’x40′) cabin w/8′ porch that was built in 2012 and is in good condition. This property has a lot of potential as investment property or as a place to build on.
Personal Property – 1987 Jeep Comanche (not running), 1977 Chevy PU (not running), 8′ utility trailer, Portable Buildings (to be moved) – Two 8’x12′, 8’x8′, and 8’x20′ cargo container, Whirlpool refrigerator, Frigidaire freezer, chairs, 8′ two-piece old store display cabinet, electric heaters, DVDs, old window units, Mr. Heater, extension ladder, cordless chainsaw, furniture dolly, small air compressor, 2-burner cast iron wood stove, camp table, kayak, dog houses, chainlink gates, hog panels, winch, and many more items we have yet to uncover.
Viewing of Real Estate: Auctioneers will be onsite Saturday, February 28 from 2PM-4PM or Friday, March 6 from 10AM-Noon.
Terms: On real estate, we will require $5,000 down day of auction as non-refundable earnest money if you are the successful bidder. Closing will be 30-45 days. There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the final bid on both real estate and personal property. All personal property will need to be paid in full day of auction.
