VIEWING: Auctioneer will be onsite for viewing on Sunday, August 2 from 2:00-4:00PM, or doors will be open August 6 from 10:00AM-12:00PM.
TERMS: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium. On real estate, we will require $5,000 down day of auction if you are the successful bidder. Closing will be 30 to 45 days.
