TERMS: 10% Buyer’s Fee will be added to the final bid. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BY FRIDAY, 10/24 AT 5PM (day of auction for onsite bidders). Pickup day of auction 10AM-5PM, Friday 9AM-Noon, or by appointment. Forms of payment: cash, check (see terms), wire transfer, or credit card. All items must be paid in full before they can be removed from sale site. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Auction company reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified. Checks will be accepted with proper identification. Auction company will need to verify funds on ALL checks prior to items being removed from the premises. Most of the time this is a simple phone call to a bank. Please note that even with a bank letter of funds we will still need to call your banking institution to verify. Some banks will not verify funds in which case we will not be able to release your items to you immediately. If we are unable to verify funds, we will accept the check. Once the check has cleared, we will e-mail you a paid invoice at which time you will be able to pickup your items by appointment only.
