The owner recently purchased this double wide and had it moved to its current location. Due to separation, the owner no longer needs this home, and did not finish hooking everything up. Therefore, the condition of the heat and air unit is unknown. It was suppose to be in working order, however, the owner cannot guarantee it. There is some tin underneath the home that was planned to be used for underpinning, and it will be included with the home.
Viewing: Sunday afternoon March 6 and 13 from 2:00 – 4:00PM, or Auctioneer will be on premises 9:00AM on auction day.
Terms: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the bid price to determine the total price. If you are the successful bidder on auction day, this 10% will be a non-refundable deposit paid on auction day with balance due in two business days.
